To submit your Abaca Global 3000 data using the Universal Connector, you FIRST need to download the Detailed Aged Receivables and Detailed Aged Payables reports from Abaca Global 3000.
Login into your Abaca Global 3000 account by entering your User ID and Password for Abaca Global 3000 and click Login.
When you download the reports you must open and save them as a '.xlsx' file before you upload them to the portal.
Downloading the Sales Ledger
From the main menu click 'Debtors Ledger'
In the Debtors Ledger, Select 'Reports and Statistics'
In the Reports and Statistics, select 'Aged Debt'.
In Aged Debt, Select 'Export Aged Debt'
On the parameters for this report make sure the date is set to the end of the period you are completing the reconciliation for and match the setting below.
When you export the report make sure the 'Export format' is 'Detailed' and click next.
The report will then be exported.
The default Save option will be '.csv'.
Once saved you will need to open the report and save the report as an excel workbook (.xlsx)
Downloading the Purchase Ledger
From the main menu click 'Creditors Ledger'
In the Creditors Ledger, Select 'Reports and Statistics'
In the Reports and Statistics, select 'Aged Creditors'.
In Aged Debt, Select 'Export Aged Transactions'
On the parameters for this report make sure the date is set to the end of the period you are completing the reconciliation for and match the setting below.
When you export the report make sure the 'Export format' is 'Detailed' and click next.
The report will then be exported.
The default Save option will be '.csv'.
Once saved you will need to open the report and save the report as an excel workbook (.xlsx)
Once you have these 2 files you will be able to upload them to the Barclays LedgerShare Universal Connector. Click here for the guidelines to upload your data using the Universal Connector.
Please note you may need to remove the “Contact” and “Contact Details” columns (Columns H and I) on the creditors report if you are having trouble uploading your data.
