To submit your Sage 200 data using the Universal Connector, you FIRST need to download the Detailed Aged Receivables and Detailed Aged Payables reports from Sage 200.
When you download the reports you must open and save them as a '.xlsx' file before you upload them to the portal.
Downloading the Sales Ledger
Select the Sales Ledger tab, Reports, Credit Control, and then Aged Debtors (Detailed)
Set the report to the end of the month date you are reconciling to and tick the Retrospective box.
Click on Export and save the files as a ".CSV" file.
The Debtors report should look like the below example.
We recommend deleting unnecessary columns and only leaving the following.
- Customer Code
- Customer name
- Invoice Number
- Invoice Date
- Due Date
- Total
After removing all the unnecessary columns, insert a new row at the top of the page and name each column.
The Debtor report should look like the below:
Resave the Aged Debtors Report as a .”.XLSX” file.
Downloading the Purchase Ledger
Select the Purchase Ledger tab, Reports, Payments Control, and then Aged Creditors (Detailed).
Set the report to the end of the month date you are reconciling to and tick the Retrospective box.
Click on Export and save the files as a “.CSV” file.
The Creditor report should look like the below example:
We recommend deleting unnecessary columns and only leaving the following.
- Customer Code
- Customer name
- Invoice Date
- Due Date
- Total
After removing all the unnecessary columns, insert a new row at the top of the page and name each column.
The Creditor report should look like the below:
Once complete, resave the Aged Debtors Report as a .”.XLSX” file.
You are now ready to upload these files to the portal.
