To submit your Profit Plus data using the Universal Connector, you FIRST need to download the Detailed Aged Receivables and Detailed Aged Payables reports from Profit Plus.
Login into your Profit Plus account by entering your User ID and Password for Profit Plus then click Login.
When you download the reports you must open and save them as a '.xlsx' file before you upload them to the portal.
Downloading the Sales Ledger
From the Sales Ledger, select Sales Ledger Reporting, and Print Aged Balances Listing
In the Aged Debtors report, make sure your setting matches the setting below.
Make sure Customer References and Transactions Details? are ticked.
The date should be set to the period end of the current reconciliation period.
Once you have configured the settings, click Select Output and set this to Excel.
Click OK once Excel has been selected as the output.
Once all the settings are correctly configured as outlined in this guide, click Run Report to generate the Detailed Aged Debtors.

Downloading the Purchase Ledger
From the Purchase Ledger, select Purchase Ledger Reporting, and Print Aged Balances Listing
In the Aged Creditors report, make sure your setting matches the setting below.
Make sure Supplier References and Print Transactions Details? are ticked.
The date should be set to the period end of the current reconciliation period.
Once you have configured the settings, click Select Output and set this to Excel.
Click ok once Excel has been selected as the output.
Once all the settings are correctly configured as outlined in this guide, click Run Report to generate the Detailed Aged Creditors.
