Identifying the debtors you export to, and the country
This step lets you identify which of your debtors are export debtors, and the country you export to.
Export debtors are grouped by country, so one group holds every debtor you export to that country. A debtor that is not an export debtor is simply left out.
This is step 6 of 15. For an overview of the whole process, see Introduction.
Export Debtors
Step 1
Create a new export group
Select the + New Export Group button.
Choose the country from the drop-down list, then use the checkboxes to select the appropriate export debtors. The country list is long, so use the search box at the top of the drop-down to find it quickly.
Once you have selected the country and debtors, select Save.
The country drop-down has its own search box.
Step 2
Review, edit or delete a group
Once created, the group will be displayed with the group name and the number of debtors. The group takes the name of the country.
To see the specific debtors in a group, select show details.
You can amend the export group by selecting the ellipsis on the right of the page. This will display a menu where you can Edit or Delete the export group.
Show details lists the debtors in the group. Edit and Delete sit behind the ellipsis.
Step 3
Save and continue
After you have identified all your export debtors, select Save And Continue.
