Overview
If you see the error "Application cannot be started" when launching vClient, this is typically caused by a previous version of vClient being uninstalled incorrectly on the machine.
Follow the steps in the guide below to uninstall your current vClient:
Uninstall Pre-Existing vClient – Barclays Support
Once uninstalled, return to your upload and launch vClient again. The error should no longer appear.
