How do I refresh data on my MER after a new upload?

When an upload of new data occurs whilst a Month End Reconciliation is In Progress you will receive the below notification on the LedgerShare Portal.

Click OK, Got It to continue.

 
After this, click Open to access the Month-End Reconciliation In Progress.

When you have accessed the Month End Reconciliation, click Reset in the banner to refresh your data.

 

A pop-up box will appear and ask you to confirm that you would like to reset the Month End Reconciliation. Click Confirm to continue.

Once the above steps are complete, you can start your Month-End Reconciliation with the newly refreshed data from your recent upload.
