If you have forgotten your password and are unable to log in to the LedgerShare Portal, you can reset your own password from the login screen. At the login screen, please select the Forgotten Password? link.

Enter your username and click Reset Password.

Remember, this is the email address that you used when you signed up. Ensure you have access to this email account before attempting to reset your password.

LedgerShare will send an email to the address entered containing a unique password reset link.

Clicking the link will take you to a secure web page allowing where you can create a new password.
