What data does Barclays extract from my accounting package?

Barclays extracts an exact copy of the information held within your accounting software. 

The Barclays service will connect to your accountancy package in read-only mode – no modifications will be made to your data. 

Depending on what is requested by your relationship manager/auditor, this can include information concerning any of the following:

• General ledger
• Chart of accounts
• Customer names
• Sales invoices
• Sales payments
• Supplier names
• Purchase invoices
• Purchase payments 

Barclays does not access payroll or any information regarding staff at your business.
