Downloading and running Barclays Connect (vclient.application) within Firefox

When downloading files from the internet using Mozilla FireFox, you will be prompted by a new window asking you if you would like to 'Save' or 'Cancel'.

For the purposes of uploading your data, select 'Save'. This will download the file.

When download completes, click vclient.application to launch Barclays Connect.

This will ask to confirm whether you want to open vclient.application. Click OK to launch Barclays Connect.

When you have finished uploading your data Barclays Connect will automatically remove itself from your desktop.

(If you are using the scheduling feature, Barclays Connect will automatically close when the current upload completes but will remain installed on your desktop in readiness for the next scheduled upload to occur)
